Teacher of Geography job summary

We are delighted to be making an appointment for the position of Teacher of Geography for our high achieving 11-18 academy in North Yorkshire. Outwood Academy Easingwold has the highest performing Post 16 centre in North Yorkshire and GCSE results are the highest for non-selective schools, an achievement we are incredibly proud of.

This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, enthusiastic and inspiring classroom practitioner to join our Family of Schools. They will work with us as part of the team who rapidly transforms the school to one that offers outstanding provision up to A level; and is the school of choice in its community. Applications are invited for those with experience of teaching Geography or newly qualified teachers. An excellent knowledge and understanding of the subject is essential. You should possess the skills and determination to make a significant difference to the lives of our students and share our single goal of ‘students first’

· Although schools are closed at the moment, we are still planning for the future and recruiting.
