We are currently seeking a qualified Geography Teacher to join our academy in September 2024. This position presents a remarkable opportunity for a highly motivated and inspiring educator to capitalise on recent achievements and continue to elevate aspirations and outcomes. Our primary objective is to strengthen the already outstanding reputation of Broadlands within the community and strive towards further enhancing the school's performance, following its commendable OFSTED inspection in 2023.
The ideal candidate will possess a forward-thinking mindset, placing a strong emphasis on setting high expectations and providing unwavering support to empower students to surpass their potential. Additionally, you will demonstrate exceptional teaching techniques and possess effective methods to motivate and engage students.
Broadlands Academy is an 11-16 learning community situated between Bath and Bristol, and is proud to be part of the Academies Enterprise Trust family of schools. As a small 11-16 secondary that has been serving its local community since 1935, we cultivate a 'family feel' and sense of belonging among our students, and believe that nurture is essential for academic, personal and social success.
