The Forest School is a successful and friendly 11-16 School, committed to
achieving high standards and to developing the potential of all our students
and staff. It is an exciting time in the history of the school as from September
21 the school had its first co-educational intake and looks forward to welcoming a more girls in September ’22. There is also significant
investment being put into the school with redevelopment throughout the school. We are seeking to appoint an exceptional teacher of Geography to join our highly successful Humanities team. You will be joining a young,
enthusiastic team who are always looking for ways to innovate and excite
students about Geography.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following;
▪ Qualified Teacher Status
▪ the ability to motivate pupils and achieve excellent results
▪ excellent organisational and ICT skills
▪ good subject knowledge
▪ the capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team
▪ An enthusiasm for Geography and the ability to share this with young people
