The successful candidate will be someone who will supplement and enhance a
strong established and supportive Geography department.
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious professional with the ability to provide high quality teaching and enable effective use of resources and high standards of learning and achievement for pupils, within an atmosphere in which pupils feel challenged, valued and secure. To assist the Principal and the Leadership Team in the overall management of the Academy. You will join an academy which is dynamic and inspiring; creating a culture of outstanding success amongst our students. As a key member of the team, you will play a lead role in curriculum development alongside progressing and enhancing the teaching practice of others within the academy and beyond. We are keen to secure a high calibre teacher who can make a telling contribution to our forward-looking team.
The department is part of a well led, dynamic team, whose colleagues all enjoy supporting the Academy and its culture of success amongst our students. The appointed candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues and will be supported by our teaching and learning team.
