1. To teach German across the age and ability range up to GCSE and A-level

To teach French across the age and ability range up to GCSE and A-level

To teach Personal Development and supervise project based learning if required

To plan and deliver high quality teaching and learning that inspires and challenges all pupils

To implement strategies to enable pupils to develop into highly effective independent learners

To be committed to raising standards and improving the life chances of all pupils

Essential educational requirements

Good honours degree or equivalent with a substantial German or French component

Essential qualifications

Essential skills and experience

Recent teaching experience of KS3 and GCSE German and French

Capacity to motivate, encourage and inspire pupils of all abilities to achieve the highest standards

Flexibility and the ability to take the initiative
