Holbrook Academy, the school of choice for the surrounding area both in and out of catchment and graded Good in its recent Ofsted inspection (February 2019), is looking to appoint a Teacher of BTEC Health & Social Care (Level 2) and Lifeskills from September 2020.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in setting up this new Health & Social Care qualification for our KS4 students and we are looking for someone who will be enthusiastic and inspirational.

Candidates will also deliver our Life Skills (PSHEE/RSE) offer to students across the Academy.

Applications will be considered from both experienced teachers and NQTs.

The ability to offer an extra-curricular subject or activity to contribute to our enrichment programme would be advantageous.

Candidates will be asked to complete remote activities and attend an interview using conference video call technology.

Holbrook Academy is a popular and rapidly expanding, mixed comprehensive school located to the South of Ipswich easily accessible from the A12 and A14.
