Job description

The post would involve you mostly teaching Pearson BTEC Health and Social Care National Extended Diploma. The role will be 4 days a week, the days are dependent on the 6th form timetable for September 2020.

Essential educational requirements

Undergraduate degree
PGCE/PCET (Post-16 equivalent)

Essential qualifications

QTS
Evidence of continuing and recent professional development relevant to the post

Essential skills and experience

Experience of Level 3 National Extended Diploma
Excellent classroom practitioner
Proven ability to make a positive impact in the subject area
Proven record of raising standards for all pupils, including underachieving pupils.
Experience of promoting positive behaviour conducive to learning, focused on raising standards.
