Teacher of History job summary
Thomas Middlecott Academy is seeking a teacher of history who is aligned with our mission to broaden the horizons of children through the provision of a world class education.
To assist in the development of appropriate syllabuses, resources, schemes of learning, marking policies and teaching strategies in the subject.

Thomas Middlecott Academy is situated in Kirton, within the Borough of Boston, Lincolnshire.
Our academy is named after Sir Thomas Middlecott, who founded the first Free Grammar School in Kirton in 1624, and there has been a school serving our local community ever since.
The academy fosters sport as a huge focus but will also benefit from other opportunities as part of the David Ross Education Trust. This includes new IT systems, unrivaled enrichment opportunities and increased academic expectations.
We are very lucky to be able to benefit from an outstanding sports and fitness centre which has a multi purpose sports hall, dance studio and fitness suite.
