Further details about the role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Teacher of History, working alongside and learning from experienced practitioners. We have a high GCSE uptake in History, so the successful candidate will teach across both KS3 and KS4. The History results have shown an increasing trend since 2019 which is a result of the challenge, high expectations and commitment we have to creating scholars with a 30% increase in grade 4+, 22% increase of grade 5+ and 8% increase of 7+. For practitioners who are looking to develop their career pastorally, there is the potential for a role as Assistant Head of Year position.
