Teacher of History job summary
Humanities is a growing department with uptake at GCSE increasing year on year, making Humanities subjects the most popular option choices at GCSE. This is a flourishing department at Blessed Trinity and has a central role within the school. A wide range of extra-curricular activities are offered and organised by the department.
We are looking for:
• Someone who can engage and enthuse our learners through a commitment to outstanding teaching and learning;
• Someone who can contribute to the further development of a strong and forward looking team;
• Someone who is innovative in their techniques to motivate and inspire young people;
• Someone who can build positive relationships with staff, pupils and parents alike.
Both ECTs and experienced Teachers are encouraged to apply. We offer an excellent
ECT Induction programme as well as exceptional professional development
