What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an outstanding History teacher to join our highly successful department to teach up to ‘A’ Level. History is a popular subject at GCSE and A-Level at the school and we teach the AQA syllabus. At ‘A’ Level Students Study Cold War and The Tudors and at GCSE, The People’s Health, Germany 1890-1945, The Cold War 1945-1972 and the Elizabethan England.
The successful applicant should have either the experience or the potential to raise standards and attainment in History. As a team member you will be supported to develop outstanding classroom practice with high aspirations for staff and students. Through your passion for learning you will develop new and creative ideas, embedding an enjoyment of your subject into lessons.
