Teacher of History job summary
For September 2022 we are looking to appoint a well-qualified and skilled teacher of History to become a committed member of our successful department. The ability to teach RE/PSHE/another Humanities subject would be advantageous. Please could you highlight this in your application.

The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of the person specification in order to be offered the post, will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK. Head Teacher: Mr Andrew Marsh
Highfields is a vibrant, popular school with approximately 1300 students, including 200 in our sixth form. We are situated in Matlock, on the south eastern edge of the beautiful Peak District and within easy reach of Sheffield, Derby and Nottingham. Our students are friendly and highly motivated.
