Teacher of History (Maternity Cover from November 2022) job summary

The Headteacher and Governors are seeking to appoint an outstanding, highly skilled and ambitious History teacher to join Robertsbridge Community College. We welcome applications from both experienced and early career teachers. You will play a key part in supporting the development of the College in moving from good to outstanding. This post is to cover maternity leave, commencing in November 2022.

The Humanities Department is at an exciting point in its development. The Curriculum Leader of Humanities has a clear vision, leading the department forward to its next phase of success. The successful applicant will be required to teach History as well as other Humanities subjects and will join a vibrant team where all teachers are committed to improving students’ progress as well as providing a range of exciting extra-curricular opportunities.
