Job description

We are seeking to appoint a part time (0.8WTE) History teacher to join the Humanities Faculty in order to cover a colleague’s maternity leave for two terms. The successful candidate will be a highly committed, creative and energetic practitioner who is able to make a full contribution to further raising standards of achievement and to the wider life of the school.

About Holderness Academy and Sixth Form College

Holderness Academy & Sixth Form College is a large comprehensive school with 1208 students on roll, including 137 in the Sixth Form. The Academy is situated in the East Riding of Yorkshire and located in the small village of Preston. It sits six miles to the East of Hull and one mile from the town of Hedon.
