Do you have a passion for history and a talent for inspiring young minds? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of History to join our dynamic Humanities Department, on a maternity cover basis.
In this exciting role, you will create engaging, thought-provoking lessons that bring the past to life and help students understand the world they live in today. From exploring ancient civilisations to examining modern global events, you’ll encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and a deep appreciation of historical perspectives.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, engaging history lessons to students of all abilities.

Foster curiosity, critical thinking, and a lifelong interest in the past.

Support students in developing analytical, evaluative, and interpretative skills.

Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities within the Humanities Department.
