The successful candidate will be an outstanding teacher who can demonstrate exceptional classroom practice that reflects contemporary and traditional thinking in teaching and learning.They will have a clear vision to continue the success of the department and help pupils to develop their skills and knowledge in History to the highest possible level within and beyond the curriculum.

Candidates who have extremely high expectations and are keen to take a full and active role in developing the wider life of the school are encouraged to apply.
