- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills status (QTLS)
- Has experience teaching History at Secondary level.
- Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and a passion for History.
- Has strong communication and organisational skills.
- Is committed to promoting a positive learning experience for all students.
- Can work effectively as part of a team and independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum for Key Stage 5. This would include Humanities.
- Assess and track students' progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the wider History department, supporting curriculum development and participating in departmental meetings.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, maintaining high expectations for student behaviour and progress.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure student success.
