What skills and experience we're looking for

The Deanery CE Academy is a new school, in the heart of Wichelstowe with the most amazing facilities, inspirational staff and incredible students. We believe that we have a duty to enable all our students to flourish when they are at school, to enable them to live life in all its fullness - this is the foundation of our ethos and will form a significant part of our dialogue in all aspects of school life.

We are searching for an inspirational Teacher of Humanities to join us on this incredible journey, and to inspire our students in appreciating Geography, History and RE. This post is suited to those about to join the teaching profession or those in their first couple of years of teaching. You will therefore be an enthusiastic teacher with a real passion for learning and developing. We are looking for a person with a bucket full of energy, who will be eager to develop their professional capabilities and work alongside established staff to provide high pitch challenge in lessons.
