What skills and experience we're looking for

The Headteacher and Governors are keen to appoint a Teacher of Humanities. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic Humanities team who are fully committed to ensuring all staff and students fulfil their potential and continue to enjoy success. We have spent a lot of time and effort over the past few years developing our curriculum and have a high number of students who continue to take the subject through to KS5. The department delivers Geography, History and Religious Studies at Key Stages 3 and 4 alongside Sociology and Psychology at Key Stage 5. We offer a range of enrichment opportunities and achieve strong outcomes for students. The ability to teach across subjects is desirable with a specialism in either Geography or Religious Studies being preferable
