Teacher of Humanities (Fixed for 1 Year) job summary
We are seeking to appoint an inspiring, enthusiastic and ambitious Humanities teacher to join our forward thinking and very popular Humanities department from September 2019.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding classroom practitioner, or aspire to be, who has the ability to deliver an engaging curriculum to pupils from KS3/KS4; confident in teaching Humanities (History/Geography/RE/Sociology) up to GCSE level. A willingness to participate in departmental extra-curricular activities is desirable. This post will be suitable for an NQT.
We are looking for candidates who will sustain our high record of attainment at GCSE and endeavour to continue to shape our creative and energetic department.
