Teacher of Humanities (Geography & History) job summary
As a result of increased numbers of pupils, the Governors of All Hallows RC High School are seeking to appoint an outstanding Teacher of Humanities with high expectations and standards to join our small, friendly school.
You will be welcomed into the forward thinking Humanities department and will be well guided and supported by an experienced and effective Head of Department. Pupils respond well to good and innovative teaching and learning experiences and take up of Geography and History at KS4 is high.
This post would equally suit either a newly qualified teacher, or a teacher with experience in the delivery of Geography and History across the 11-16 age and ability range. Opportunities for CPD are excellent.
Candidates are expected to promote and uphold the Catholic ethos and values of the school and to participate in activities (such as form group prayers and assemblies) that contribute to this Catholic ethos.
