Teacher of Humanities (history and/or geography specialism) job summary
Outwood Academy Foxhills, Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire is within easy reach of Lincoln, Grimsby and the east of Doncaster. It’s most recent Ofsted inspection in November 2019 maintained the grading of Good with Outstanding for Leadership and Management.
This post will be across both Scunthorpe and Doncaster academies and will be based at Foxhills in the first instance. The Humanities areas are part of the fast growing and popular Humanities Faculty. You will be expected to appreciate the wider opportunities that will be on offer in delivering the current GCSE specification to a high standard.
This is a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic, driven professionals to join our Family of Schools. An excellent knowledge and understanding of the subject is essential. You must possess the skills and determination to make a significant difference to the lives of our students and share our single goal of ‘students first’.
