Moorside High School is seeking to appoint an ambitious, enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Humanities to join our successful and supportive team. About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Humanities teacher who can inspire students across Key Stage 3 and GCSE. The successful candidate will:
- Deliver engaging and high-quality Humanities lessons
- Plan and teach lessons that enable all students to make excellent progress
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Support students’ academic, personal and emotional development
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities and pastoral support
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to raise standards and outcomes

Moorside High School is a successful and popular 11-16 secondary school located on the state-of-the-art Moorside Campus. With approximately 1200 students, we are proud of our inclusive ethos and strong sense of community.
