TEACHER OF HUMANITIES 
Main/Upper Pay Scale (NQTs welcome)

The Headteacher and Governors are seeking to appoint an outstanding, highly skilled and ambitious Humanities teacher to join Robertsbridge Community College. We welcome applications from both experienced and newly qualified teachers, as well as those that would prefer to work part time. You will play a key part in supporting the development of the College in moving from good to outstanding. 

 
The Humanities Department is at an exciting point in its development.  The Curriculum Leader of Humanities has a clear vision, leading the department forward to its next phase of success.  The successful applicant will be required to teach History, RE and PSHE, and will join a vibrant team where all teachers are committed to improving students’ progress as well as providing a range of exciting extra-curricular opportunities. 

  
Visited by Ofsted in February 2017, the College maintained its ‘Good’ status, with the official report stating the following; “New teachers feel very well supported and all staff value the helpful opportunities for professional development in a culture of encouragement.”
