What skills and experience we're looking for
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our highly successful Humanities Faculty as a Teacher of Humanities, ideally with a specialism in either History or Religious Education. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, innovative and has a passion for the humanities subjects to join us from September 2023 to teach across all year groups, both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. You will join a thriving, creative, well-resourced, and highly regarded faculty to foster a passion, curiosity, and intrigue for our world among our students.
If you are committed to high-quality teaching and learning and have a passion for delivering engaging and rigorous lessons that inspire our students, whilst developing your own career in a supportive faculty and school, working with colleagues who share that passion, then we want to hear from you! You will have the desire to be part of a successful teaching team and a willingness to contribute to new initiatives within the faculty whilst upholding the highest expectations.
The role would suit an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced teacher. A part-time (0.8) offer may be considered for the right candidate.
