What skills and experience we're looking for
- Is an exemplary classroom practitioner who will model outstanding practice and lead by example.
- Have a positive attitude and a genuine commitment to maintaining high standards of attainment, progress and behaviour across the Academy.
- Has the commitment required working in partnership with parents/carers, the Multi Academy Trust (MAT) and the wider academy community.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and work as part of a dedicated team.
- Have experience of key stage two and the progression of children’s learning.
