Job summary

We have a vacancy for a confident, enthusiastic, suitably qualified and experienced teacher of Mathematics to join a large, successful department from September 2021.

The successful candidate will:

• be an excellent Mathematics teacher across the full age and ability range
• have a passionate commitment to making Mathematics stimulating and relevant for all
• be familiar with Key Stages 3, 4 and 5 National Curriculum, GCSE and Advanced Level requirements
• be passionately committed to making Mathematics relevant, accessible and rewarding for all
• be a skilled ICT practitioner
• be willing to contribute to the wider life of the School
• have the calibre and ambition to develop his or her career in and beyond this post

Mathematics plays a prominent part in the life of the School and consistently achieves excellent results. The Mathematics Department has twelve members of staff and dedicated administration support. You will be joining an excellent department and as part of this team you will have the opportunity to teach across the age and ability range up to and including A level. This is the ideal post for a candidate who wishes to develop their skills and broaden their experience within a supportive environment which will allow them to excel.
