An Exceptional Career Opportunity at The Beaulieu Park School

Are you ready to make an impact in one of Essex’s highest-performing schools? This is an exciting opportunity to join the first ‘all-through’ state school in Essex, housed in a state-of-the-art £34 million facility, with an Outstanding Ofsted rating in all categories. Our first set of GCSE results this year established us as one of the top-performing non-selective schools in the county. Since opening in 2018, The Beaulieu Park School has grown rapidly, becoming a highly sought-after choice for families. We are oversubscribed every year and welcomed our first Year 12 cohort in September of this year. Our success reflects a strong sense of community, exceptional standards, and a commitment to excellence in all we do.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher of Mathematics to join our outstanding Maths Department. Whether you are an ECT ready to launch your career or a more experienced teacher looking for a new challenge, you’ll find an environment here where your focus can remain on what matters most—teaching. Our students are impeccably behaved, polite, and eager to learn. Joining The Beaulieu Park School means becoming part of a supportive, forward-thinking, and ambitious team that is deeply committed to helping both students and staff thrive. If you’re ready to be part of an inspiring journey and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Maths Department, we’d love to hear from you. This role will suit an ECT or a more experienced colleague that has the enthusiasm, passion and drive that would enable not only them, but our students to thrive. We can promise the most impeccably behaved, polite and motivated students and an environment where your priority will always be teaching. Joining us will mean joining the Beaulieu family, one that we are very proud of.

What we can offer you:

  • The opportunity to be part of a highly supportive and ambitious school
  • A commitment to a personalised programme of CPD
  • Opportunity to collaborate across Trust schools
