What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint a very talented and dynamic Teacher of Mathematics who is able to inspire pupils, be innovative and achieve outstanding results. The Academy provides extensive opportunities for Professional Development including links to Lincolnshire and Peterborough Teaching Schools Alliance, which would particularly benefit newly qualified teachers and those wishing to progress to management.

What the school offers its staff

The Mathematics Department is a friendly, committed and enthusiastic team. We work together to ensure our pupils and staff enjoy their work and achieve their potential. The department is well resourced and laptops are provided to all staff. There is a dedicated suite of Maths classrooms, all with projectors and interactive whiteboards. The Academy Trust was also successful in a bid for a whole school Government’s flagship School Rebuilding Programme (SRP) and the process of this has already started.
