What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and talented Teacher of Mathematics to join our very effective and dedicated team.

This position is available due to the current post holder securing a promotion to Head of Faculty. To be successful, you will have an outstanding teaching ability and the skills to motivate and engage students.

The Mathematics Faculty has 11 qualified teachers with a mix of ages and experience. Over the last three years, Mathematics GCSE and A level results have improved to above the national average; this trajectory is projected to continue. We are housed in a new, 10-room purpose-built Mathematics block, which has interactive Promethean TVs in each room. The academy continually invests in CPD to ensure teaching is good or better.

A TLR is available for a suitably qualified and experienced candidate.
