Houlton School has an exciting opportunity for a Teacher of Mathematics to join our successful school. You will join a passionate team of teachers who are committed to delivering our curriculum in engaging and inspiring ways. You will be an excellent teacher who has the ability to inspire, motivate, challenge and support their pupils to ensure that they make progress.
What the school offers its staff
Houlton School is a free school that opened in September 2021; set within a combination of fully refurbished Grade II listed buildings as well as brand new, specialist teaching facilities.
You will join us as we welcome our fifth cohort of pupils, so will teach across Years 7-11 in the first instance. Ultimately, we will have all seven year groups, including Sixth form.

Houlton School is an 11-18 Free School Academy with World Class Quality Mark status. It is part of the Transforming Lives Educational Trust, based in Rugby. It opened to its founding cohort of Year 7 pupils in September 2021 and will grow, one cohort at a time until there are pupils across ages 11-18.
We are fortunate to occupy a brand new, £39 campus-style academy, which includes the Grade II listed former Rugby Radio Station buildings, as well as three new purpose-built, specialist teaching blocks, all set within a 20 acre campus on the Eastern border of Warwickshire.
