Teacher of Mathematics job summary
Dunraven School is a mainstream, all-through, state academy with sixth form for girls and boys aged 4-18. It was judged "outstanding" by Ofsted at its last inspection in 2014.
In 2016, Dunraven School was designated a National Teaching School, reflecting the efforts of its staff to make lessons enjoyable and effective. It is also a National Support School, in recognition of its work supporting other schools. Dunraven is proud to have helped develop nine Headteachers in the past decade and has enjoyed a number of high-profile visits, including from a Prime Minister and an Education Secretary.
In September 2013, Dunraven opened its Primary Phase, which had its first Year 6 cohort in September 2019.
In September 2018, our Multi Academy Trust was formally set up with the integration of Van Gogh Primary, followed by Goldfinch Primary school in January 2019.

Dunraven is a 4-18, All Through School, recently designated as a National Teaching School which recognises the effort that the school team puts in to making lessons enjoyable and effective for our young people. Equally, the visit of OFSTED in October 2014 which judged Dunraven as ‘outstanding’ in every category was an important public marker of our on-going journey to achieve ‘Excellence for All’.
