The Maths department is an inventive and progressive team who are all passionate about seeing young people succeed in their subject. Key stage 4 results have improved significantly over the past 5 years, with results consistently above national average for progress and attainment. This is due to the hard work and determination of staff and students alike in this area.
As a team who are always on the forefront of innovation in the classroom, we are looking for an individual who can add to this already thriving team; a teacher who builds excellent relationships with students and inspires them in their learning. We offer an exceptional development program, with support which goes beyond the NQT year and we welcome applications from candidates with all levels of experience.
A comprehensive induction programme is provided for all new staff and time to participate in lesson observations and learning walks.
We are committed to continual professional development e.g. access to peer coaching, termly teaching and learning group meetings and bespoke personalised training.
