Salary: MPR/UPR plus possibility for a TLR 2E for the right candidate
We are looking for an experienced Mathematics practitioner to join our 'Outstanding' team!
There is also the possibility for this role to be combined with a Head of Year role for the right candidate. The advertised TLR 2E is to reflect the remuneration for this additional post.
About you:
We want someone who is passionate about Mathematics and the delivery of an effective Maths curriculum to pupils of all ages and abilities. We expect that, through leading your effective teaching and learning, all pupils will be inspired to achieve the outstanding progress that we know they are capable of.
You must be thoroughly dedicated and committed to driving standards and raising achievement through the delivery of outstanding lessons.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- is passionate about teaching Maths and about helping all pupils succeed despite their background and abilities
- has high professional standards
- is committed to raising the achievement of all learners by ensuring teaching across the curriculum is of the highest quality
- is able to make positive relationships with staff, pupils and parents alike
- is able to plan and deliver innovative and inspirational lessons that engage pupils
