Teacher of Mathematics job summary
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic mathematics teacher to further strengthen the faculty of mathematics. The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong aptitude for supporting high ability students to reach the highest grades so that they can compete against other students regionally and Nationally. For a strong candidate, we will consider a leadership role, working closely with the Director of Faculty to further develop the provision for high ability students, leading on/ supporting with curriculum intent and implementation and help move the faculty from good to outstanding. The successful candidate will be ambitious, demonstrate potential for leadership capacity and will want to further their career in the future.
Applications are welcome from suitably experienced teachers and also from TLR holders who are able demonstrate that they can make a significant contribution to a team, have huge impact on high ability student outcomes and demonstrate a deep understanding of mathematics curriculum and pedagogy.
