What skills and experience we're looking for
Queen Elizabeth’s Grammar, Alford are looking to appoint a full-time teacher of Mathematics for September 2023. Ideally we are looking for a colleague who is:
- A qualified teacher and outstanding practitioner
- A talented and dynamic teacher who can teach at KS3, KS4 and KS5.
- Energetic and has the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Keen to join a successful and collaborative department with good resources.
The Mathematics department
attains excellent results with experienced, supportive staff. It currently comprises a subject leader, one full
time teacher and two part time teachers.
We follow the Edexcel exam board and are embedding the Mastery approach
across KS3 and KS4.
Applications are welcome from ECTS and MPS teachers.
The deadline for applications is Wednesday 22 March 2023 at 12 noon with an aim to interview on Tuesday 28 March 2023.
