Teacher of Mathematics job summary
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, creative and committed Teacher of Mathematics to join this forward-looking department. You will be a strong classroom practitioner who has the ability to motivate young people of all abilities and you will be able to work well in a team.
You will work with colleagues to deliver high quality lessons in Key Stage 3, 4 and Post 16 across the school including extracurricular provision. A number of courses are delivered at Key Stage 4 and Post 16, including GCSE Mathematics, Core Mathematics, Advanced level Mathematics and Advanced level Further Mathematics.

St Thomas More School is a co-educational Catholic Academy which provides for the education needs of 11-18 year old pupils from the west of Gateshead L.A.
