About this Role

We are seeking to appoint a committed and motivated teacher of Mathematics for a temporary period of maternity cover, to join our Mathematics Department at Ormiston Bolingbroke Academy. Ormiston Bolingbroke Academy is part of the Ormiston Academies Trust.

The appointed person will consistently deliver high-quality learning opportunities to our students, ensuring standards of behaviour, engagement and achievement are evident at all times, have good subject knowledge along with a record of successful professional practice and be able to plan and deliver high quality teaching in the relevant specialist area. The successful candidate will have an awareness of, and commitment to, safeguarding practices and behaviour management strategies.

All teaching staff are expected to meet the national core standards for professionals at all times, and must ensure they work within the policies and procedures as laid out by the Trust, be aligned to the vision and values of the academy and provide a good role model for our students , both in and out of the school environment.
