Additional allowances
While the role is part-time at 0.8 FTE, we frequently have other opportunities for additional hours that may be of interest, such as intervention work and lesson cover.
The start date will be determined by the start of maternity, but the Academy will consider cover work and a handover period if the candidate is available before the maternity leave commences and, within reason, can temporarily hold over the start date if the candidate is unable to start until after the maternity commences.

If you can teach Maths with energy and inspiration to students of all abilities across KS3 and KS4 then we would like to hear from you, whether you are newly qualified or bring a wealth of teaching experience, as we are looking for the right person to supplement our existing high achieving Maths team.
The Maths department is staffed with subject experts and is very well resourced through our commitment to provide outstanding opportunities for learning.
