What skills and experience we're looking for

TEACHER OF MATHS & NUMERACY LEAD— MPS / UPS + TLR 2A (£3,017) (Required For Jan 2024 start or sooner if available—Permanent Position)

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic & dynamic maths teacher who is able to teach the subject at key stage 3, 4 and A level would be an advantage and also lead whole school Numeracy. This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who is ready for career progression and leadership experience leading numeracy across the curriculum areas.

The Maths faculty comprises twelve specialist members of staff and is one of the most successful faculties in the School, consistently achieving results that demonstrate extremely good progress at all levels. It is a successful experienced team, anyone joining would be well supported.Maths is consistently one of the most popular subjects at A-level. Core Maths and Further Maths is also offered in the Sixth Form. Several students each year progress on to study maths related subjects at higher education institutions
