Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Evidence of reflective practice and a willingness to learn and develop
A genuine enjoyment of teaching young people
A commitment to a pastoral role as a form tutor
Competent computing skills. All students at Colyton are issued with their own personal computing device, which can be utilised in lessons in a manner that the Head of the Department feels will most effectively enhance teaching and learning in their subject area.
