Teacher of Maths & Economics job summary

We are looking for a candidate who has a deep passion for Maths, is forward-thinking, innovative, and has excellent subject knowledge; a dedicated person who will be able to lead our Sixth Form students to successful A Level results. This post offers flexibility and the possibility to adjust the timetable. In addition to teaching Maths, you will teach Economics at KS5.
As a department Maths and Economics offer a range of pathways to suit all students, and as such are very popular option subjects at KS5, with both being our largest A Level subjects. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Maths and also some Economics, will have an in depth understanding of successful Maths and Economics pedagogy and will have achieved highly successful outcomes in their subject area. They will be enthusiastic about developing a knowledge rich curriculum that enables all students to become effective learners.
