Teacher of Maths
One-year fixed-term appointment
1.0fte (Main Pay Range/Upper Pay Range)
Commencing September 2021
We are seeking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic teacher who will inspire and challenge young people to enable them to develop into highly effective independent learners and achieve their potential as individuals.
Teaching across the ability range, this is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive Maths department. The successful candidate will require a good honours degree (or equivalent).
To teach Maths across the ability range at Key Stage 3 and 4
To teach A level Maths across the ability rage at Key Stage 5
To teach Personal Development and supervise project based learning if required
To plan and deliver high quality teaching and learning that inspires and challenges all pupils
To implement strategies to enable pupils to develop into highly effective independent learners
To be committed to raising standards and improving the life chances of all pupils
