What skills and experience we're looking for
Please note, this is a permanent contract to Outwood Academy Ormesby. There may be a need to be placed in a neighbouring school initially, due to curriculum demand.
We are looking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic and inspirational teacher to join our Mathematics department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who really wants to make a difference to the lives of young people. Positions within this school are eligible for government assistance through Early-career payments for teachers. This position is eligible for an early career payment with a starting salary of MPS1 £28,000 plus £3,000 government assistance.

OGAT are proud to be a part of the National Institute of Teaching (NIoT) hosting it’s North and East campus as Outwood Academy Redcar and Outwood Academy Adwick. The NIoT identifies best practice in education, in order to develop cutting-edge, evidence-based teacher training and professional development programmes.
