What skills and experience we're looking for
Teaching experience across the secondary phase (This does not prohibit ECTs applying for this post)
Experience of teaching Maths at both Key Stages
An understanding of school improvement and the raising of standards to the highest level
An understanding of the importance of preparation of candidates for public examination
Relevant experience which would support an application to a teaching post within a Maths Department
An understanding of the development of policies and
procedures in Maths
