  • Have a good honours degree in a relevant subject
  • Be an excellent classroom teacher with the ability to inspire pupils about the subject
  • Be able to communicate mathematical concepts clearly and accurately
  • Identify knowledge gaps and devise effective intervention strategies
  • Support pupils as they prepare for GCSE examinations
  • Provide feedback to pupils about their learning and how to improve
  • Support pupils in their use of Mathswatch
  • Use data effectively to track the progress of pupils
