We are seeking to appoint an inspirational and innovative teacher to work at The Mendip School, a school for children aged 4-19 with Autistic Spectrum Disorders and Speech Language and Communication Needs.
The successful applicant will lead maths across the school from EYFS to Post 16. They will need to be able to teach maths qualifications including GCSE and will hold a tutor responsibility for a class of Secondary/Post 16 pupils. There may be a requirement to teach other subjects but this will be fully supported through CPD opportunities and in school training.
Applicants will need to be confident, resilient and have excellent communication skills. We are a hardworking and enthusiastic team who enjoy the challenges and opportunities of working within a school environment.
