What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Teacher of Mathematics to join our friendly and supportive faculty. Mathematics is a very popular subject and students achieve GCSE results well above national average (82% grade 9-4, 63% grade 9-5 and 33% grade 9-7.). We are very proud of this success and are looking for a new teacher to join our aspirational team. This post would be very suitable for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for their first appointment. ECTs are fully supported by an induction programme delivered by the school and the Empower Alliance. We take a collaborative view of learning where good practice is shared through a structured INSET programme within school and across the Trust. Royal Liberty School is a small comprehensive, 11-16 school for boys, located close to Gidea Park Station. We pride ourselves on our strong Sense of community and the excellent behaviour of the students.
