Teacher of Media Studies & English job summary
We are seeking to appoint an innovative teacher to teach Media Studies & English as part of the English curriculum area from September 2020.
The successful candidate will have the ability to teach GCSE AQA Media Studies across all ability ranges. You will be an effective classroom teacher with the ability to raise the achievement of all students and be keen to play a full part in the life of the school.
Prendergast Vale School is an all through school, nursery to Year 11, and rated as Good by Ofsted in February 2018. The school benefits from being part of the Leathersellers’ Federation of Schools.

We are committed to providing excellent CPD for Middle Leaders and offer the accredited National Award for Middle Leaders (NPQML) to all Middle Leaders. We offer a comprehensive and supportive induction programme for all new members of staff. You will also have access to a rich and varied CPD programme within the school and across the Federation.
