Key Responsibilities Include:

Planning and delivering dynamic MFL lessons that immerse students in the language and culture of target countries, catering to their individual learning styles and interests to ensure meaningful language acquisition.

Creating an inclusive and multicultural classroom environment that celebrates diversity and promotes intercultural understanding, empowering students to become global citizens.

Assessing student progress and proficiency in the target language regularly, using a variety of assessment methods to provide targeted feedback and support their language development.

Collaborating with colleagues and language departments to integrate language learning across the curriculum, reinforcing language skills through cross-curricular activities and projects.

Reflecting on your teaching practice and continuously seeking opportunities for professional growth and development in the field of language education, staying informed about current methodologies and trends.

Engaging with parents and the wider community to promote language learning and cultural exchange, organising language-related events and activities to showcase students' achievements
